February 20, 2009 - Taking this time to Thank You for responding to our discussions of the Regency Wood Stove you have been servicing the past 16 years. The timing was great in that the cap was unclogged and the baffle replaced just before the January "Ice Storm 2009" (exactly one day). This little stove functioned perfectly during the lack of electricity (sixteen days). If it hadn't been for your company responding so promptly, we would have had to seek shelter. This little Regency Wood Stove has paid for itself over and over, and with the yearly servicing by your company, it has run cleanly and efficiently. Thank You Again, Robert & Iris Kay Neels
